Joanna Sell

Narrative cross-cultural coach, trainer and facilitator

“The taste of travels, memory of fragrances and vivid pictures of the places and people I had the chance to encounter in 45 countries around the world – all of that inspires me to create learning journeys designed to support the  development of intercultural competencies and to encourage people to live up to their fullest potential.”

Joanna has offered numerous Train the Trainer workshops and master classes for educators from around the world with the focus on storytelling across cultures, gamification and learning and development.

As a certified Coach (European Association for Supervisors and Coaches), Intercultural Trainer Camp; Coach (Friedrich Schiller University in Jena), M.A. in European Studies (Leibniz University in Hanover), M.A. in Art History (Jagiellonian University in Cracow) and co-author of several books on storytelling across cultures Joanna brings a unique approach to the design of learning journeys and training and coaching sessions in the intercultural field.

Moreover, Joanna has 15 years of experience in executive coaching, training for global team leaders, intercultural programs for people working across cultures in the corporate world (mainly global players and multinational middle size companies) and university classes for PHD, M.A. and B.A. students as well as academic staff (universities in Hannover, Hildesheim, Paris, Vienna, Villach, Katowice and Jyväskylä in Finland).
