About the workshop:

This online workshop will focus on how to communicate your message successfully, build trust, work in teams and give feedback in a Chinese cultural context. Participants will gain valuable insight and practical tools on how to successfully apply essential intercultural knowledge to their communication style and adapt it in a variety of situations for win-win outcomes. The workshop will take place via ZOOM.

About the Trainer:

Michelle Bradley is a bilingual intercultural trainer who consults with as well as trains individuals, academic institutions, and companies on Chinese and Western intercultural communication as the founder of Elephant Communications based in Taipei. Having grown up in New York City and Cape Town, South Africa, and studied in the US, UK, RSA, Australia, and India, she has lived in Asia for the past 16 years. She graduated from Emerson College in Boston with a Bachelor of Science in Speech, studied International Management at University of Melbourne in Australia, is a certified Business Cultural Trainer from International House London and a certified Intercultural Trainer from EIFID. ​ She has over 15 years of experience working with individuals and groups from all walks of life as a corporate trainer, intercultural consultant, language coach, and yoga therapist. Michelle loves sharing ideas and learning from the world around her and enjoys running, yoga, cooking, reading, drinking tea and studying Chinese idioms!
