How to maximize your students study abroad experience. Educators guide to intercultural learning

IMMERSION IS NOT ENOUGH. Research show that immersion and exposure to another culture without guidance is not enough to learn and gain intercultural competence. There is no cause and effect relationship. Educators need to help students to learn how to reflect and make sense out of their experience and turn it into learning. Success will therefore rely on  your own intercultural development. What can you do?  Attend this helpful free training and practice, practice, practice.
