Yannique Wentzel serves as the People & Culture Manager at an international organisation based in Amsterdam. In her role, she facilitates and supports employees in their professional growth while ensuring alignment with the organisation’s values. Yannique is dedicated to fostering a harmonious and inclusive environment where culturally diverse teams can collaborate and thrive. Her passion for intercultural exchanges was nurtured through various work and study experiences abroad, which deepened her understanding of global perspectives and cross-cultural dynamics. 

Yannique holds a master’s degree in Intercultural Management from ISIT Paris, France, equipping her with the expertise to navigate the complexities of multicultural workplaces and drive meaningful connections across diverse teams.
