Katarzyna (Kasia) Domagała has over a decade of experience as a soft skills and technical trainer. She has a proven track record of working in diverse industries, including investment banking (UBS), logistics (Maersk), Jaguar (automotive), and IT (Nokia). She has also contributed her expertise to various NGOs in Poland and Hong Kong, focusing on intercultural and global education topics.
With a passion for cultural exchange and education, Katarzyna is dedicated to enhancing intercultural understanding in the workplace. Her extensive background enables her to design and deliver training programs that bridge cultural gaps, improve communication, and foster collaboration in international teams.
Outside of her professional life, Katarzyna is passionate about Indian classical dance, embracing its rich cultural heritage and artistic expression.
