  • You live in or are considering moving to Poland and are intrigued by why Poles are so BBQ-obsessed.
  • You aim to expand your business to Poland and want to understand the Polish creative attitude towards rules.

 

In this workshop, you will learn about:

  • Communicating with Poles – learn effective communication strategies tailored for working with Polish colleagues.
  • Understanding Polish values – Explore the core values that shape Polish society and how they translate into the workplace.
  • Historical context – Identify significant historical events that shaped Polish behaviours and expressions nowadays.

About the trainer

Katarzyna (Kasia) Domagała has over a decade of experience as a soft skills and technical trainer. She has a proven track record of working in diverse industries, including investment banking (UBS), logistics (Maersk), Jaguar (automotive), and IT (Nokia). She has also contributed her expertise to various NGOs in Poland and Hong Kong, focusing on intercultural and global education topics.

With a passion for cultural exchange and education, Katarzyna is dedicated to enhancing intercultural understanding in the workplace. Her extensive background enables her to design and deliver training programs that bridge cultural gaps, improve communication, and foster collaboration in international teams.

Outside of her professional life, Katarzyna is passionate about Indian classical dance, embracing its rich cultural heritage and artistic expression.
