About the trainer:

Marcus Collins grew up in England the son of a hotelier and a Norwegian. He has worked in the UK, the USA, Germany, France and Mexico. He has run corporate, country house and luxury resort hotels. Given responsibility for  customer service training while working in California, he found his passion and branched out, training Chinese hotel managers in customer service, intercultural customer service and conflict management. This opened his world to intercultural training and the need for it in the hospitality industry. Marcus lives with his Mexican wife and 3 kids in Pennsylvania.
